I was serving as FAR part 135 Director of Operations.  I previously served as EHA part 135 Chief Pilot – operations in Afghanistan/Philippines/Uganda/Central African Republic/Democratic Republic of Congo (DOD), BE-1900D, and Casa 212-200/300 operations.  I also served as a part 135 PIC and Instructor on the Lear 35A which was contracted with the United Nations in Kabul, Afghanistan and as part 61/91 PIC, Check Airman and Instructor on the corporate Lear 35A and First Officer on the Corporate G-IV. I headed the team to prepare reports for UN and DOD contract proposals.  I developed Standard Operating Procedures and Letters of Instruction for all aspects of flight operations and administration.  I developed pilot status and worldwide fleet status tracking spreadsheets and coordinated the associated issues regarding them in the daily worldwide telephone conferences and follow-ups.  I handled complex cargo compliance issues related to transporting fuel for combat-support helicopters and combat HAZMAT in the African and Middle East combat theaters associated with STC and 337 limitations and other legal and safety considerations.  I led our team in developing SMS modules such as risk assessment for the operational control release process.

I filed VDPR’s (AC 00-58B - Voluntary Disclosure Reporting Program) and executed and monitored and tracked the comprehensive fix procedures that I proposed and the FAA accepted.
